I get Al-Jazeera in English on Comcast cable. Not bad and a different view on the news. We need to work to vote the incumbents out who are serving interests other than their constituents. Here in Alexandria, Jim Moran needs to go. VOTE THEM OUT!!!

It’s THIS kind of logic that gave us the debacle that is the Obama Presidency. Vote for a terrible candidate, because they are “not an incumbent”. Now we can see why the founders were so wise, and gave us the electoral college, and (originally) the election of Senators by selection of the individual state’s legislatures. How about this? Examine each candidate based on their positives and negatives, and vote for the one who best represents your views, and your values.

Al-Jazerra being there is not surprising given that Connolly was (and is) a big supporter of the Saudi terriorist training school in Alexandria. I’d love to know what twist Al-Jazerra put on their story.

Actually, Al-Jazerra provides pretty good coverate of the middle east. Their website plus the BBC gives some balance to the news. Those of you who have been to the middle east know that Qutar is probably the most progressive (in a good way) country in that region.

Al-Jazeera has an English network and it is based out of Qatar (and is funded by the Qatar gov’t).

Al-Jazeera and the Saud family are often at odds with one another due to Al-Jazeera’s reporting.

Wolf could care less. Feder is the only one who runs against him and nobody here will vote for her. He knows this so he could care less about actually doing anything to satisfy his constituents. Until you guys get it through your heads that only a complete flush of ALL incumbents can save this country then nothing will change. Your neighborhoods turned into slums and flop houses. Feder couldn’t possibly be any worse.

I organized this event for recess rally. A press release was sent out to local newpapers like centerview and wash times.. we did not sent a release to al jazeera so, I have no idea what she was doing there.

I’m sure her report will not be flattering or honest

I was at Connolly’s office when the lady moderator was walking around the crowd trying to get demonstrators on camera to answer questions. She was black, which caused some people to wonder what kind of magical spin their video editor would put on the air to distort the fact this was really about fear of government health care and not any animus towards a black president.

Seems Congressman Wolf (or should he be called Sheep since he seems so scared) has NO interest in meeting with constitutents at all in a Town Hall Meeting.

Has lots of time to talk about rest stop closing, but has no inclination to meet with his constituents out in the open to discuss health care reform.

Add him to the list of tuck tail and hide clique of so-called “representatives.”

Go figure.
