Gerry “Cowardly” Connolly

By Greg L | 3 September 2009 | Gerry Connolly, US Congress | 8 Comments

Congressman Gerry Connolly doesn’t seem to be all that popular with his constituents from the looks of this video, which might have something to do with the fact that Gerry Connolly won’t allow them to participate with him in any Town Hall meetings on the subject of healthcare. As some constituents-relegated-to-protesters noted in this video, any Representative who doesn’t have the courage to face the constituents who elected him not only deserves the moniker “Gerry Cowardly”, but well deserves to be retired from office.

I couldn’t agree more.

I heard Gerry didn’t know what to say to the person that said,”I think we need healthcare reform, but I’ll be damned if the government should run it!”

This is from the office of the President. And the left thought Bush was scarey?

And Republican Cong Frank Wolf is no better. Can’t be bothered to meet face to face with his constituents. But he is smart. He just stays holed up in office so no one can picket him out in the district. What a coward.

I sure hope people listen to the woman from the UK. She is so right on about what we can expect if we let the government take over healthcare. She was very well spoken - I was very impressed.

Great coverage,Greg. We appreciate your hard work and time you put into this.
Connelly and friends are going down the tube.
Thats why he gives the Stimulus money to those who do not deserve it.
But he will find out it will not help him and his liberal buddies.

I too, hope that people will listen to the lady from the UK. She is absolutely right.
We had friends back 30 years ago and she would tell some stories about Health Care over there. At one point her mother was so ill they brought her here to get treatment.
Her son-in-law and daughter footed the bill.

There are alot of true stories out there and I hope they get plastered all over the papers and TV. As we can not allow socialize medicine here in the US.
