So, what’s up with this Nickles WORSHIPPIN’ WEASEL at the local rag writing in “our view” that Rich Anderson should apologize because a DRUNKEN THUG, Paul F. Nickles, assaulted a police officer, resisted arrest and obstructed justice?

If the HALF WITTED MORON stayed in the car, there wouldn’t be an issue at all, would there?

Instead, he had to jump into a situation where he had NO business and try to play SUPER LAWYER by trying to intimidate a FEMALE police officer.

If ANYONE should apologize, Nickles should!

He’s not FIT to represent ME (or you) in Richmond.

The only thing that is PERFECTLY clear is, Nickles’ WORST enemy is the TRUTH!!!

I hope the 6 o’clock news picks this story up! More people (voters) would find out that Nickles is nothing but a LIAR and a DRUNKEN THUG!

BTW, where’s all that LEGAL ACTION we heard so much about?

Once again, Nickles is the one who should APOLOGIZE, then RESIGN!!!

Once again, Nickles is a PROFESSIONAL LIAR. WHY didn’t he (or Jordan) mention the FACT that the FIRST officer to pull the SUSPECTED drunken driver over was DONNA GREENE?

Didn’t one of the Nickles puppets say that “omitting FACTS” is the same as LYING?

Big bad PUNK ASS Nickles jumps out of his car and tries to intimidate a FEMALE officer. SHE then calls for back-up and that’s when Thompson SLAMS Nickles face into the ground. (I’m telling you, I can’t stop SMILING at the thought of that DIRTBAG getting his face SLAMMED into the ground.)

So, on the same NEW flier, it says that Nickles, “Voted THREE times to make it EASIER for DUI offenders to get back behind the wheel.” Imagine that, and HIM a lawyer who DEFENDS drunk drivers?

Like I said people, it is just plain CRAZY to vote for someone who makes a living manipulating the truth, defending DRUNK DRIVERS (not to mention drug addicts and SEX offenders), and giving that low-life INFLUENCE over our drinking and driving laws!

Talk about a CONFLICT of INTEREST!!!

GREAT idea, let’s hire a PROFESSIONAL LIAR, who wants to return DRUNK DRIVERS to our roads, to represent us in Richmond. BRILLIANT !!!!!

Groveton: I met Slingin’ Sammy on a flight circa 1978 or thereabouts. He had attended some sort of drunkfest for old-timers. He was slovenly drunk on the flight, which I boarded in Columbus, OH. The airlines asked if I wanted an upgrade to 1st class, I said of course. They said I had to agree to be “aircraft commander,” and help out with any problems they had. They already knew they had a problem on board with a passenger from DC, and put me in the seat next to ole Slingin’ Sammy. We had an interesting time talking in between his attempts to proposition the stewardess. Great guy. He autographed my ticket stub, which I gave to my father who carried it around with him till he died about 25 years later.

As a former Navy cop who has done a few DUI arrests, I think your scenario is highly probable. Nichols should have stayed in car and play the “big-time lawyer” game at the police station pr the courthouse. But he probably had a few at the 19th hole and he thought that he could intimidate the “local yokle.”

I like Theisman a lot. Played golf with him at a charity event once. Despite rumors to the contrary - he’s a great guy.

Best Redskin? Gotta go with Slingin’ Sammy Baugh. Best QB and punter in the league back in the day. Also one of the best DBs in the league. He all but invented the modern passing game.

Betty, I would say a more likely scenario is that Nichols represented Kevin C and what the judge didn’t give Ms. C, Nichols got. That’s how it works in Virginia DR or Circuit courts.

Best thing for a guy to do when the bitch drops paper in Virginia is to buy a Mercedes and a Harley and walk into court representing himself with his pockets turned inside out.

I think Groveton has the Nichols arrest scenario about right. Do you think there was a video cam of this? And what about the EMS call? Nichols says he was slammed to the ground. That only happens with people who resist, not those that are not demonstrating hostility.

Face it, his mouth and actions got him arrested. And Nichols has the nerve to suggest he’s “the victim”. What’s next, “can’t we all get along?”
