Here Comes The Wave!

Survey USA released a poll today showing Bob McDonnell with a +17 lead over Creigh Deeds, Bill Bolling +14 over Jody Wagner, and Ken Cucinelli +16 over Steve Shannon. With that poll showing a 58-41 break for McDonnell in Northern Virginia, this is going to significantly impact outcomes in races for the House of Delegates in Fairfax and even Arlington counties as Republican turnout swells while Democrats, seeing little to get excited about this election cycle, don’t show up in anywhere near the numbers they most often do. Look for Democrats to start bitterly complaining that the top-ticket candidates they’re running this cycle were a huge mistake.
Who are the most vulnerable Democrats in NOVA? All of them. Seriously.
UPDATE: PPP released their poll today with McDonnell +15, Bolling +12 and Cucinelli +16. Stunning.
UPDATE 2 (10/28): VCU shows McDonnell up by +18, Rasmussen shows McDonnell +13.

I just hope McDonnell’s “coat tails” are long enough to carry some of the close(r) races.
In particular, the 51st where Nickles latest bit of PROPAGANDA quotes the Old Bridge Observer as saying, “The Prince William Commonwealth’s Attorney (Paul Ebert) said, It’s against the law BLAH, BLAH, BLAH…He has called for a special prosecutor…BLAH, BLAH, BLAH…more weak
BULL$#!T…BLAH, BLAH, BLAH.”
What is DOESN’T say is that Paul Ebert (BUSTED a few years back for fishing OVER THE LIMIT in the Chesapeake) gave Paul F. (for FU**STER) Nickles (BUSTED for ASSAULTING a POLICE OFFICER, RESISTING ARREST, and OBSTRUCTION in North Carolina in ‘06) a THOUSAND DOLLARS in campaign contrubutions, according to www.VPAP.org!

If ANYONE should be investigated, EBERT should be, for placing PARTISAN POLITICS before the performance of his (SWORN) duty!

Same thing he’s peddling today down in Newport News, trying to revive that DEAD HORSE named Deeds!
What we SHOULD be asking them is, “How’re you liking all that CHANGE?”
Even the Wash Post had to concede a 11 point advantage to Bob McDonnell, even after their endorsement of Deeds and all the hit pieces on McDonnell’s old thesis. I guess people have woken up to the fact that they need a real Governor and not another Dem. In addition, do you really think that McDonnell would have the power to drag VA back into the Dark Ages? He would have to have huge majorities of conservatives in both houses plus the US Surpreme Court swing far to the right and willing to reverse a bunch of decisions since the 1960s on a variety of issues to even make that close to happenning. Politics is the art of the possible. He’s going to focus on issues that he can effect now like transportation which Deeds has been showed to be completely clueless on.
These figures sound great but lets keep forging ahead. We need to make sure we get every vote out to vote.
Ebert needed to go 10 years ago. We need someone with the name recognition to go up agaist him.
I get tired of him and his Special Prosecutor from that other County(Chesterfield). This Davenport use to be here in Prince William and he’s one of the Good Old Boys. Democrat and he will do anything Ebert says. Same way if Chesterfield sends a case here,Ebert will do as Davenport wants.
Just becAUSE the case was sent out,does not mean there was any guilt on the Delegate.
It’s all to stir something up and especially for those who are so dumb that they don’t under stand the Rule And Law of the Road. That if you are stopped,YOU DON’T GET OUT OF THE CAR. nOW THE SECOND CAR WAS NOT STOPPED,SO WHY DID THEY PULL OVER? tO CAUSE tROUBLE? sHOULD HAVE STAYED IN CAR.

With that said, I vote for Paul F. (for FU**STER) Nickles for the WORST candidate ever!
Speaking of which, isn’t it JUST PLAIN STUPID for the NUT JOB, Nickles, who ASSUALTED a police officer, RESISTED arrest and OBSTRUCTED justice and got off on a technicality, to try to make the (30 year) retired Air Force Colonel and Medal of VALOR recipient out to be a bad guy?

Everyone get out and vote even if you know your guy is going to win. The margins will send a message to the rest of the country for the 2010 and, ultimately, 2012 elections. These nutty lib hippies need to be kicked out on their asses for a long, long time.
