We were just at the Fairfax Government Center to check out the H1N1 vaccine. At 8:15 AM, the line curved around the building and a few hundred feet into the back field. The doors were scheduled to open at 9 AM. Someone needs to ask Obama as well as Members of Congress (especially Gerry Connolly) if they have gotten the H1N1 vaccine, and why they got it so early if the rest of the public didn't.

It seams that Gerry is finally getting religion and refusing to vote for the health care bill if it includes illegal immigrants. Or it may be just a little show.

“I have to be able to reassure my constituents that those who are here illegally cannot avail themselves of the provisions provided in this healthcare bill,” said freshman Democratic Rep. Gerry Connolly (Va.). “The Senate language may tighten that up a bit.”

Connolly said he wouldn’t necessarily need the Senate language to allay his concerns, but he said that he can’t make that determination until he sees the final language of the bill.

“You’ve got real competing interests among Democrats in the House over abortion and immigration, and I believe the immigration issue is the more significant of the two,” he said.

Someone using IE sent me the source and I found the offending piece of code that was causing problems for IE users. That post should be fine now.

Yes, this site always works better when you're NOT using Microsoft Internet Explorer.

No, but I've had a tremendous amount of traffic on that thread that has saturated the internet connection for quite some time. I'll restart the web and database server and see if that clears up any problems.
