..the non-partisan Joint Committee on Taxation (JCT) confirming that the failure to comply with the individual mandate to buy health insurance contained in the Pelosi health care bill (H.R. 3962, as amended) could land people in jail. The JCT letter makes clear that Americans who do not maintain “acceptable health insurance coverage” and who choose not to pay the bill’s new individual mandate tax (generally 2.5% of income), are subject to numerous civil and criminal penalties, including criminal fines of up to $250,000 and imprisonment of up to five years.

“If the government determines that the taxpayer’s unpaid tax liability results from willful behavior, the following penalties could apply…” [page 2]

Criminal penalties

Prosecution is authorized under the Code for a variety of offenses. Depending on the level of the noncompliance, the following penalties could apply to an individual:

• Section 7203 – misdemeanor willful failure to pay is punishable by a fine of up to $25,000 and/or imprisonment of up to one year.

• Section 7201 – felony willful evasion is punishable by a fine of up to $250,000 and/or imprisonment of up to five years.” [page 3]

According to the Congressional Budget Office the lowest cost family non-group plan under the Speaker’s bill would cost $15,000 in 2016.

A letter to the editor appearing in today’s (09NOV09) local rag asks, “Who made Willis a speaker?”

This letter ABSOLUTELY EPITOMIZES the saying, “If it weren’t for DOUBLE standards, Democrats wouldn’t HAVE standards.”

First of all, for this individual (I’ll refer to him as K-Ray) to question, “Steve’s small band of merry men…” is so TOTALLY ridiculous, he (also) proves that if Democrats HAD any shame they’d be ASHAMED of themselves. I say this because HE is a member of John Jenkins band of “merry men.”

Having once been an officer of the Dale City Civic Association (a SUPPOSEDLY bi-partisan organization) I KNOW that K-Ray, at one time was ALSO an officer.

Now, if you know anything (at all) about DCCA, you know that it is, pretty much, the Right Arm of the Neabsco Democratic Committee, even though it is supposed to be NON-political.

I say this because the President of the Neabsco Democratic Committe, Ernestine Jenkins, also serves as the 1st Vice-President of DCCA, as she has EVER SINCE its’ inception and has been, for all intents and purposes, RUNNING the “association” (which is really nothing more than a high school style clique) from the 1st VP position, again, ever since its’ inception.

She REFUSES to be President out of fear that what I am saying would be TOO TOTALLY obvious. (Pretty thin veil, EH?)

Question: Shouldn’t the FACT that DCCA is, IN FACT, a POLITICAL ORGANIZATION have some affect on its’ status as a NON-PROFIT ?

The bottom line, and the point of this post is, when K-Ray sits at his keyboard and types a “letter to the editor,” you can almost see John Jenkins lips move.

Get my meaning?

K-Ray is nothing more than a PUPPETT of John Jenkins and is TOO BLIND to see he HYPOCRISY of his question.

So K-Ray, I ask YOU the same question: What makes YOU the speaker for ANYONE other than the FACT that you are (one of)John Jenkins PUPPETT(S)?

Just remember that a gubbermint cheese check can’t be garnished, so you can run up all sorts of debts nobody will ever make you pay off.

Guess I won’t be getting any. Actually, I wouldn’t be able to live with myself and wouldn’t touch a dime of his socialist money. But what a way to discourage entrepreneurs and small businesses. Why bother?

no other way of life besides welfare, food stamps, etc.

I’m with you. Seriously, why bother to work anymore? There is absolutely NO incentive……there’s more incentive to do nothing. Just what the demoncraps want….for everyone and their brother to be dependent on the gov’t so they can continue to flush this country down the toilet. Better brush up on your Chinese people!!!!
