Washington Blade Shuts Down

With the mainstream media so openly promoting homosexuality and hostile to traditional values, I guess the continued existence of “gay newspapers” was pretty much superfluous. Oh well, gone will be the days when conservative candidates could hold up stories from the Washington Blade as a means of inflaming their base voters. Doing so with the Washington Post isn’t much different in actuality, but it certainly doesn’t generate the same reaction.
Too bad The Militant doesn’t cover local politics.

Thanks for putting this out. I guess this is why the Dems want a bailout for the newspapers.
Maybe they spent too much money on John Bell’s campaign.
After they sent Jeff Dion to such great political heights, not! Not a good day for gays on another front. Rosie O’Donnell had to admit that her “partner” moved out two years ago but they still “love” each other and working on their “issues”. Maybe that’s why she has been extremely bitter.
