“Brown Pride” On Display At Local Library

Here’s what the “brown pride” movement brings us, quite literally. Gangs, and their graffiti. As racial supremacists such as the Mexica Movement spew their filth about how “indigenous” people are superior to everyone else and are the sole legitimate inhabitants of the North American continent, young and idle minds seem to latch on to the rhetoric and hatred they promote, spawning increased gang activity in our neighborhoods. Just what we need.
This picture, taken earlier today while county employees were busy trying to clean up the mess at the Bull Run Library, shows yet another display (of several that have appeared recently) of gang-related graffitti from yet another group of model citizens who call themselves the “Brown Pride Mafia.” So far there hasn’t been any word of arrests in this case of vandalism, but I’m hopeful that either leads in this case will develop, or subsequent attempts to vandalize the public resources used by our children will result in arrests.
Keep your eyes open. Let’s see if we can catch the vermin responsible for this.

Hope that there were security cameras that caught the idiots in the act. Well find out if they were wearing pants as well…

If these “indigenous” people (I use quation marks since I’m part Cherokee so I find their use of the term offensive since they are no longer in Mexico or other parts of Latin America) are so superior why did they lose so badly to the Spanish despite greatly outnumbering them? The use of the term “brown pride” will only generate a backlash like the use of term “white pride” was used by the white racists.
Yes, be proud of your heritage (part of my family is Latin) but respect everyone else’s too. Also, act like a respectable person and not ruin public property, especially in this time of tight budgets and limited resources.

Nope, no racism there. How could anybody who’s not white be a racist? Impossible! Only white people feel enough guilt to be racist! For everybody else, it’s a tool to get ahead or to be used as an excuse for not getting ahead.
There are many things that are brown other than skin…maybe messages are an ‘ode to the substance that comes out of the a$$?

Other “Brown Pride” graffiti has shown up in the area. Why would anyone think that someone else besides the Brown Pride Mafia is doing this?

Lets give these folks some credit, they can spell.
I’m way past the age where graffiti is interesting to me, but I’d put a toilet next to the “brown pride” to add some context to it.
Our area’s gang task force recently reported that the one crime
that has grown in the past year is graffiti. It has become a
major issue recently , especially “tags” that promote gangs
like MS-13.
We need to have everyone alert and reporting graffiti to their
local PD ASAP. The jurisdiction needs to make sure the mess
gets quickly cleaned up and then throw the book at the
vandals who created the problem.
These “Brown Pride” losers also tagged a fence on Sudley Manor Drive this week.

Don’t waste your time calling the PD. Call the county (clean neighborhoods or something like that.) They are right on it whereas you may or may not get any response from the PD.

if it wasnt so sicking to see someone deface property it’s almost laughable. these people are just proving to the world that hispanics are just as stupid as some think they are. what a way to gain respect for your race, by defacing property….nice.

Apparently there is a “Brown Pride” gang. Plus, those words aren’t too tough to spell. I think your average 2nd grader could handle that.

Graffiti tagging is the intellectual equivalent of a dog pi**ing on a lamp post.
I’d totally pay for some exterior security cameras, or to upgrade existing ones. Catch those idiots red, er, brown-handed.
BTW, saw some tagging of some sort on the soundwall just south of the intersection of Linton Hall and Bourne Place/Worthington Dr. in Bristow. I’m usually zipping by too quick (or it’s too dark) to tell exactly what it might say, but frankly, I don’t like seeing any graffitti.
i suppose you say i have a liberal view. the liberal view… is favorable to progress or reform in accord with concepts of maximum individual freedoms possible befitting a freeman… is free from prejudice or bigotry, and a encompasses a tolerant attitude towards all. it is open-minded and not bound by traditional or conventional ideas, values, etc. and is characterized by generosity and willingness to give in large amounts. it’s not always guaranteed by law/ secured by governmental protection of civil liberties…or certainly the “liberal” party. but, nonetheless, tolerance, compassion, and forebearance are THE MOST IMPORTANT ways to go about handling any issue. especially ones dealing with the treatment of other living beings. the liberal view would be to have no borders, because there would be no cause for a fencing in or zoning of our earth. the liberal view would hold no agressions, because we would all understand that everyone, no matter how different or unflattering to our lifestyle, is the answer to someone elses question. the liberal view would be free of agression and embrace all cultures… replacing words like “invader” or “alien” with “new friend” and not understand the concept of taking ones legal status into question when dealing with an issue of overstepping an invisible segregationm of our lands. we are one people. i have no nationality.
