NLS Attacks Grandmother

Note: vulgarity alert (below the fold)

I can understand a blogger supporting a preferred candidate or elected official.  What I can’t grasp is what would drive one to personally attack an elderly lady expressing her opinion as a “pathetic old woman” when she happens not to like that candidate.  Has the left become so incredibly unhinged it feels it must attack a grandma because she has the temerity to express discontent with Senator Jim Webb?

Geez, does anyone think that what she has to say might ring true to people and Webb is in trouble?

I particularly like what showed up in the comments section of the thread NLS used to encourage liberals to attack someone who didn’t care for the way Jim Webb’s staffers treated her.  Judging by these, I’d say Jim Webb has some rather, well, interesting supporters who do a really bang-up job of representing Jim Webb’s outlook on the issues and matters of governance.

First up is a poster using the name “GOP SUX” giving his brilliant insight regarding someone else’s expression of their rights guaranteed under the First Amendment, which incidentally happened to be delivered on the anniversary of the adoption of the Bill of Rights:

What a sat, pathetic and ignorant woman. Somebody should actually teabag her and she might undergo a personality transformation. What drivel to spout.

Next we have a poster going by the name of “yoyoyo” who provides this enlightening ode. I apologize in advance for subjecting readers to this, but to understand just how “hope and change” is improving the political discourse it’s worth revealing in all it’s non-glory:

First we’ll take a bath
Then I’ll get my towel, baby
I’ll wrap you up - I’m gonna wrap you up in my towel, baby
You know what I’m gonna do then
I just wanna say - you know baby, I could give a great massage
Oh, you can, Gener?
I say, yeah baby, I give you a massage like, like thirteen kings, baby
Oh, Gener!
I say, what you got between your legs, baby?
What does that have to do with a massage, baby?
You know, you know what I really want…it’s your pussy baby
I wanna lick your pussy baby
Yeah, you know what I’m saying
You know what I’m saying
You got me going baby
Oh, you got me going like I never thought I’d go before
Shit baby! Come here! Let me lick your pussy!
Let me lick your pussy, baby
Let me lick your pussy!

I’ve known the lady who appeared in that video for several years, and she is one of the kindest people one should ever have the pleasure to meet.  If she encountered any of the folks so dedicated to viciously attacking her, they’d probably be subjected to an offer of milk and cookies.  She certainly wouldn’t treat anyone the way she’s being treated by NLS and those that comment on his blog, even though she might disagree with them pretty strongly regarding a number of policy matters.

So here we’ve got a pretty solid distinction between the crowd of Jim Webb sycophants and those that aren’t.  Next election, voters might want to carefully consider which group they really want to have exercising political power and making the decisions that affect our lives.  Jim Webb and the “yoyoyo” crowd might not be the ones they want to choose.

My thanks to NLS for this opportunity to point out what a classless bunch of despicable people the Jim Webb folks really are.  No surprise that this grandmother became so upset with Webb’s staffers for receiving inappropriate treatment, and was eager to share how she felt.  Seeing how NLS and his posters have acted here, it kind of lends credibility to this woman’s account.

Most of that stuff on the page is pretty typical lefty-looney stuff. They are nothing if not consistent!

yoyoyo Greg, the fact you’ve known the woman for years says she is probably a pretty active right winger and that might make one think there could be some exaggeration in her claims. I mean if some of you guys are to be believed it is only Dems who don’t respond to their constituents. Were the posts you put up here actually posted by idiot left wingers or were they posted by right wingers for the sole purpose of getting people like you to repost them? You know, typical righty-looney stuff.

Webb is on TV commercials touting his opposition to those “Washington Liberals”. Of course he is in trouble.

I think those ads are from the 60-Plus Association, which is conservative. They’re thanking him for voting with the GOP on amendments on the health care bill. That could really anger his left-wing looney base once they get their heads out of their rear-ends and see he is betraying them. :)

Typical elitist garbage from people who think they are better than everyone else. Cowards.

The video, “Jim Webb Won’t Meet With Pathetic Old Woman (POW)” is a pejorative, pernicious statement. I know the lady, and she is certainly not pathetic. She is a solid Christian citizen with a zeal for what is good and right, and she is quite astute and energetic. NLS is the pathetic one!

NLS is truly strange. Barring an accident or the suffering prematurely from a terminal disease , we are all without exception headed toward the realm of old age. I wouldn’t doubt that someday someone will call NLS a “pathetic old blogger.” Right now, you can just drop the “old” bit.
