Currently if you ask any three citizens and any three law enforcement officers what is the law concerning CCW permit holders you will generally get six different responses containing conflicting and often incorrect information. I can imagine what would happen if the officer was not in uniform. I know some very fast and very accurate citizens and a gun to the face is a immediate threat, who's holding it is secondary. I was stopped years ago by VSP while armed and they were very professional in the way they handled it. Or maybe I didn't look threatening. Hmmmmm...
