I have taught children at private institutions. We had to have sign up sheets and ids for parents and those responsible for the children. You would be surprised about how many times a non custodial parent will attempt to get their kid from school. Guess what? There usually is a very good reason why these parents do not have custody. The incident occurred on Lafayette Ave. the evening of January 1. The police are looking for David Frye. He is a black male about 37 years old. He is about 6'2" and 220 pounds. He has a large tattoo (words and a symbol) below his right ear. He is considered dangerous. If you see him, call 911.
