In my opinion this has nothing to do with civil liberties, the U.S. Constitution in not in play here and this man has negated any protection provided by the Virginia Constitution by the violation of established law. Per Article 1 section 12 ....."that any citizen may freely speak, write, and publish his sentiments on all subjects, being responsible for the abuse of that right" He must be held "responsible for the abuse of that right" as to the manner in which he chose to exercise this right. Hopefully the city will be successful this go round.
