Intervention: Time For Action

By Greg L | 27 October 2010 | Gerry Connolly, Fairfax County, US Congress, Prince William County | 8 Comments

After Congressman Gerry Connolly’s refusal to seek treatment to cure him of his addiction to taxes and spending, his constituents are left with little choice. They seek a world without socialism and servitude, a world free of dependency and despair. A world where anything is possible…

A world without Gerry Connolly representing the 11th District of Virginia.

Brought to you by the Manassas Tea Party — the only ones who could possibly overcome over $1 million in last-minute campaign spending by the DCCC trying to keep socialism alive in American politics.

If you want Gerry to show up somewhere, just stage a police funeral.

Great job, we better understand the matrix we are facing

Other note, does BVBL have a position on the 3 VA Con Amendments on the ballot this year?

[Ed note: Yes, that post should be coming soon. Also look for more coverage on MP candidates.]]

Having this comment show up in my mailbox really made my day:

Absolutely fantastic. The first three definitely got their message across with humor, but the fourth achieves a synthesis of entertainment and rhetoric that I have rarely seen. I mean, at first it was just funny to think of this election as “The Matrix,” but when the telephone conversation started, it suddenly hit home for me–the politicians really ARE the Matrix, living off the warmth of our bodies and making us think that we need them. And yet you manage to end on a positive note, suggesting that we really can throw this tyranny off our backs.

Thanks for the inspiration to get out the vote!
