More Illegal Alien Crime

By Greg L | 18 December 2010 | National Politics, Illegal Aliens, Crime | 5 Comments

I guess this is some more of the work Americans are “too lazy” to do:

Thirty people have been charged in a Richmond-based federal investigation into a ring that counterfeited green cards and other documents for illegal immigrants across the country.

Fortunately the bill being considered by this lame duck Congress that would have granted amnesty to illegal aliens based on such documents was defeated earlier today.  About a third of the amnesty applications in 1986 were found to be fraudulent, and one can only imagine the kind of fraud and abuse that would have pervaded the “DREAM Act” had it passed into law.  Even some of the individuals arrested in this organization being subjected to RICO laws would have been eligible for the amnesty that Senators Warner and Webb seemed so intent to provide.

Millan told U.S. District Judge James R. Spencer that he had a high school education. It is unclear from court records and hearings where the defendants were arrested. Millan is accused of managing and supervising the various production cell managers on a day-to-day basis across the country.

In addition to the pending charges, Millan and at least two other defendants are being held on warrants from U.S. Immigration and Customs Enforcement, presumably because they are in the country illegally.

Just an idea: how about before the next discussion of whether we grant amnesty to illegal aliens or not we resolve the issue of criminal illegal aliens engaging in racketeering by producing fake documents in the United States, which all too often harm legal residents and citizens?

If “DREAM” was about helping the children, who is going to help the millions of American children who have had their identity stolen by illegal aliens?  While “DREAM”would have allowed illegal aliens to receive government loans and grants to go to college, American children who had their identity stolen by illegal aliens would either not qualify for financial aid because of their earnings history according to the Social Security Administration, or would have such horrid credit records they couldn’t obtain loans to go to college.

Enforce the law.  It’s simple.  Just do it.

Been going on here FOR YEARS , from coast to coast, producing, selling using stolen and falsified identification to “document” the undocumented. With impunity.

Falsified document are standard equipment in the underdeveloped world.

If anything like the Dream Act is ever passed…millions of illegal aliens will show up with fake school records required and DHS will not check for their validity. There will be hundreds of document mills turning them out..there will be clerks in school systems turning out false transcripts..just bet on it.

One of the hallmarks of past amnesty efforts was the massive fraud involved. In the aftermath of the 1986 amnesty, thousands of illegal aliens resorted to fraud to gain citizenship, the SCHEME Act does nothing to prevent this from happening again.

Many ineligible people gained amnesty and ultimately U.S. citizenship through forged documents and other fraud.
The only people in the USA required to provide several verifiable, legit sources of validation of identity and citizenship are…AMERICAN CITIZENS.

*There is no upper age limit. Any illegal alien can walk into a U.S. Customs and Immigration Services office and declare that he is eligible. For example, a 45 year old can claim that he illegally entered the United States 30 years ago at the age of 15. There is no requirement that the alien prove that he entered the United States at the claimed time by providing particular documents. The DREAM Act’s Section 4(a) merely requires him to “demonstrate” that he is eligible—which in practice could mean simply making a sworn statement to that effect. Thus, it is an invitation for just about every illegal alien to fraudulently claim the amnesty.

*The alien then has six years to adjust his status from a conditional green card holder to a non-conditional one. To do so, he need only complete two years of study at an institution of higher education. If the alien has already completed two years of study, he can convert to non-conditional status immediately (and use his green card as a platform to bring in family members). As an alternative to two years of study, he can enlist in the U.S. military and spend two years there. This provision allows Senator Durbin to claim that the DREAM Act is somehow germane to a defense authorization bill.

*An illegal alien who applies for the DREAM Act amnesty gets to count his years under “conditional” green card status toward the five years needed for citizenship. (Section 5(e)) On top of that, the illegal alien could claim “retroactive benefits” and start the clock running the day that the DREAM Act is enacted. (Section 6) In combination, these two provisions put illegal aliens on a high-speed track to U.S. citizenship—moving from illegal alien to U.S. citizen in as little as five years. Lawfully present aliens, meanwhile, must follow a slower path to citizenship.

*It would be absurdly easy for just about any illegal alien—even one who does not qualify for the amnesty—to evade the law. According to Section 4(f) of the DREAM Act, once an alien files an application—any application, no matter how ridiculous—the federal government is prohibited from deporting him. Moreover, with few exceptions, federal officers are prohibited from either using information from the application to deport the alien or sharing that information with another federal agency, under threat of up to $10,000 fine. Thus, an alien’s admission that he has violated federal immigration law cannot be used against him—even if he never had any chance of qualifying for the DREAM Act amnesty in the first place.

*The DREAM Act also makes the illegal aliens eligible for federal student loans and federal work-study programs—another benefit that law-abiding foreign students cannot receive—all at taxpayer expense. A consistent theme emerges: Illegal aliens are treated much more favorably than aliens who follow the law. There is no penalty for illegal behavior.

    no penalty my a**.
you do not know what it is like so do not speak like you do.
do not try to describe what illegals feel or think because you cannot know unless you are illegal yourself.
all these comments translate to one thing: illeglas are not welcome. U.S citizens do not care about you and do not want to help.
They are not to blame. just like i hope that those that are being punished for being illegal will not be blamed when they do not help others. lets just say life has a way of biting you in the a** when you least expect it, so lets just say that be careful who you step on.

I just learned the Prince William County Police Department Criminal Alien Unit is no longer. After speaking to several Police Officer/Detectives, the unit was broken down. Supervisor Richard Cundiff and Michael Crosbie who are in charge of such unit placed the certified ICE officer into different assignments but yet making them keep their certification to deceive the public that the unit still exists. Although the department does have certified ICE officer within the department, the Criminal Alien Unit is no longer. After reviewing arrests numbers it is apparent of the credibility of such information as immigration arrest has significantly gone down.

The Police Department has been targeting cases that will catch media attention. When a significant case rises, the supervisor pulls out the certified ICE officer from his current assignment to make an immigration arrest. They make it appear as if they have been proactive with immigration arrests and issues. One of their current high profiled arrests was the nun killed by a drunken illegal immigrant. Such arrest made the public think that the Criminal Alien Unit reacted but in this case it was the ICE certified jail officers because the police department immigration unit is gone. One reason heard of such movement was, they were placed in different area of the department to increase immigration arrests within the department. However, if you look at each ICE certified officer arrest record the number speaks for its self; they have a max of one arrest a month if that. In many occasion there has been many months in which the officers has zero immigration arrests.

Further information obtained indicates the police department has been making these changes to include the breakage of the Criminal Alien Unit without letting the board of supervisor know. They have used deception to make them think the unit exists and are remain proactive by making immigration arrests. They have not told them of the unit breakage and where they have place the ICE certified officers. If the board of supervisor is allowing the police department to do this, what else are they keeping away from the public? What other deceptions is the Police Department responsible for?

I am looking for more sources to contribute to this news. If you have further information please post it with some sort of contact method so I contact you privately and create a future headline on the newspaper. Headlines will read sort of “Prince William Police Deceives It’s Citizen.”
