WMAL: Dhimmi Radio

First Michael Graham, and now Fred Grandy.  How many more morning hosts on WMAL are we going to go through before the management at that station stops acceding to the demands of CAIR?

So Sean’s next? …gotta get the word out, WMAL needs to hear ‘the voice of the people’.

    [quoted from linked article]
Lafferty told AIM, “I heard from two very good sources that CAIR was involved in this and not only targeting Grandy but Sean Hannity.” He said CAIR’s strategy was to knock Grandy off the air and then go after Hannity, a nationally syndicated radio host carried by WMAL in the afternoon. Hannity also hosts a Fox News Channel TV show.

Lafferty has urged supporters of the Grandys to protest on Monday, March 7, and Tuesday, March 8, during “Call Out WMAL Days.” He wants the public to call WMAL at (202) 895-2350 and (202) 686-3100 from 9 a.m. to 6 p.m. each of those days and tell the station, “you will not listen to their station until Fred and Mrs. Fred Grandy return.”

“America expects radio stations to be committed to free speech and the truth,” he says. “We expect WMAL to grow a backbone and stand up to CAIR and the other radicals. Call early and often.”

At 10 a.m. Wednesday, March 9, Lafferty wants supporters of the Grandys to meet at WMAL’s studios (4400 Jenifer St., NW, Washington, DC 20015) with signs “to demonstrate our support for Fred Grandy and his wife and their courageous stand against radical Islam.”

Would WMAL fire CAIR Communications Director Ibrahim Hooper if he hosted a talk show on WMAL and he stated on aire the station management were a bunch of Islamophobes?

    Hell no.

Liberalism is a double-standard and mental disorder.

True Americans need to tell all these new immigrants that if you came to America to become an American, then we welcome you, but if you came here with the intent of changing America into a copy of your home country, then get your butt back to where you came from! I don’t understand why people leave their country to come here, and then try their best to convert their new surroundings back into their old country. If they like the ways of their old country so damn much then why did they leave in the first place? We don’t need crusaders for foreign lands, we need people that come here to adhere to our customs and laws, and not the other way around. In short diversity is the dismemberment of a country from within! This, Fred knows so well.

Ahem…isn’t that what the British colonists did? Isn’t that why we’re now a supposedly Christian country? Isn’t that why our legal system reflects its roots from the British system? We’re not speaking Algonquian, are we?

As far as WMAL is concerned, a quick look at Arbitron ratings for December 2010 and January 2011 shows a decline in ratings (3.8 in Dec to 3.2 in Jan; 223,000 listeners) vs most of the other 13 higher ranked stations seeing an increase. As a comparison, WMZQ had 3.6 to 4.5, 571,400, and WTOP had 9.1 to 10.9 with 1,443,100 listeners. WAVA stayed steady at 0.9 with 124,700 listeners. This is just the free market at work! Bye bye Fred!

John and Frank on the air schooling Donald Rumsfeld:

“Former American Defense Secretary, Donald Rumsfeld, speaks to The Right Perspective about his new book, “Known and Unknown,” Leftist and Democrat Party distortion of the Iraq War, Barack Obama and the Mohammadean threat in an exclusive interview that is totally unlike those done by mainstream media outlets.

Rumsfeld ends the interview prematurely after John declares the Democrat Party to be a “crime family,” US President Barack Obama and Attorney General “black bigots” and Obama a “Mohammadean,” and Islam not a religion but “an anti-Western political movement that wants to destroy the world for Islam.”

Well Disgusted, it didn’t turn out too good for the native Americans back then, and so we should be even more aware of the effects of foreign influence. Can you say “Prayer Rugs are Us”?

Of course the ratings of WMAL would be lower. The Islamic crowd has quit listening. Now that Fred has left, they will return!

British citizens that came to the America colonies were British colonists; they were not immigrants - illegal/legal - as are the current migrants who are emigrating from a sovereign Nation to a sovereign Nation which can or can not grant permission to enter. British Citizens migrating to America did not require visas or green cards - just had to pay the King for the land and then they had permission to settle on his land.

And if the natives had prevailed and small pockets of white settlements had remained in the New World, they would still be speaking English but most likely paying their rent to the Iroquoian Nation - not the less warlike Algonquians.

That is exactly the point. Many coming here aren’t here for the purpose of assimilating into the American culture, no, they’re here to colonize America. Totally different results, and ones that we should be intelligent enough to understand and deal with. However, diversity and political correctness having been shoved down the latest generations’ throats will almost guarantee no future action will be taken to stem the colonization.

I stopped listening to WMAL when they fired Michael Graham. Giving up the rest of their programming was a bit of a sacrifice.

It would seem that Rush and Sean will continue to get substantial leeway since they are not WMAL employees.

Does this mean that Chris Plante is next to get the axe, AGAIN? Maybe Chris Mathews
will make the move to WMAL (WBAD).

We have a serious problem of illegals continuing the third-world-culture from whence they came. We also elected a prez of dubious origin/dysfunctional family who not only doesn’t know our country’s laws, history and culture (or appreciate any of it), he still hasn’t assimilated!

“For people who are supposedly so peaceful, and just misunderstood CAIR bears, Muslims sure do threaten an awful lot of people if they either don’t get their way or have discovered a new way to be offended about something today.

Islam is just not compatible with a free Western society. Just like with Maoism, Stalinism, Maoism, and every other insecure and paranoid totalitarianism that’s ever existed, Islam is forever assailing everything that moves if it in any way at all holds a mirror up to or shines a bright light on Islam.

Muslims, like all institutional ideological bullies in the totalitarian rogue’s gallery, use escalating threats to silence their critics and force obedience from the meek and timid.

Whenever an editor pulls a cartoon or kills a story because it might possibly potentially offend a misunderstood CAIR bear, Muslim bullies win.

Same thing whenever a radio host or writer is fired for offending Islam.

The problem is that stations like this ARE afraid of Muslim threats…but they don’t fear a backlash for caving to Islam.

That’s because not enough people speak out against cowardice.”

Who knows - but certainly they have foot washing stations planned, along with prayer rugs and at least five breaks a day.
