ICE Releases Illegal Alien Predators

By Greg L | 31 March 2011 | Illegal Aliens, Prince William County | 14 Comments

Since we’ve had to re-arrest over 300 illegal aliens that we have previously turned over to ICE for deportation is it any wonder people are skeptical about federal law enforcement efforts?  How many times do we have to turn these people over for deportation before they finally depart?

Instead, ICE continues to release known predators who have been arrested, tried and convicted. If ICE had deported illegal immigrant Jose Reyes Alfaro in 2002, the three people he is accused of murdering in February with a handgun and machete during a bloody rampage in Manassas might still be alive. So would Sister Denise Mosier, the Benedictine nun who was killed last August by twice-convicted drunk driver Carlos Martinelly Montano, who was released because ICE didn’t consider him a “flight risk.” Morton claims that ICE is “dedicated to the removal of criminal offenders from our country.” But when just one county in Virginia has had to rearrest more than 300 criminals previously sent to ICE for deportation, Morton has to do a lot more than this to prove it.

Feds, all we’re asking is that you do your darned job.  It’s that simple.

Fed doing their jobs, ha, the direction ignore illegal aliens is coming from the top is to ignore or “scare them back” ! What a joke.

An Arizona sheriff says U.S. Border Patrol officials have repeatedly told him they have been ordered to reduce — at times even stop — arrests of illegal immigrants caught trying to cross the U.S. border.

Cochise County Sheriff Larry Dever told FoxNews.com that a supervisor with the U.S. Border Patrol told him as recently as this month that the federal agency’s office on Arizona’s southern border was under orders to keep apprehension numbers down during specific reporting time periods.

“The senior supervisor agent is telling me about how their mission is now to scare people back,” Dever said in an interview with FoxNews.com. “He said, ‘I had to go back to my guys and tell them not to catch anybody, that their job is to chase people away. … They were not to catch anyone, arrest anyone. Their job was to set up posture, to intimidate people, to get them to go back.”

When they are deported they come back within a few weeks. A better solution such as illegal alien only prisons are needed.

Did you know that legalization of illegal aliens is now being touted as a job creation measure? Probably next it will be a cure for deadly diseases as well.

Another illegal killing an American citizen:

SOUTH BEND, Ind. (AP) - Prosecutors have filed murder charges against the live-in boyfriend of a Mishawaka woman whose body was found in across the state line in Cass County, Mich.

St. Joseph County (Ind.) Prosecutor Michael Dvorak said Thursday that 30-year-old undocumented immigrant Jorge “Chico” Huerta Cardenas was arrested shortly after the discovery of Kim Stout’s body Monday and held on other charges.

Cardenas is being held without bond in the St. Joseph County Jail in South Bend.

Dvorak said during a news conference with Cass County Prosecutor Victor Fitz that evidence showed the victim was strangled in St. Joseph County before her body was left along a rural Michigan road. He said she had argued with Cardenas and ordered Cardenas to move out of her home shortly before she disappeared March 23.

What about welfare payments? Would bet that they will exceed $1.68 billion.

What about the cost of their crimes?

Of the 261 thousand jobs, how many will be held by citizens or conversely how many by former illegals that are suppose to gain citizenship through this scam?

Of the 300 you mention, how many were “predators”?

That second part of your comment may be correct than you think, given the rise in disease that has long since been conquered in this country. All the illegals have not vaccines like most US legal citizens.

I think the border would be superb ground for post basic training experience, getting the troops ready for deployments.

    Definition of predator:

    1. An organism that lives by preying on other organisms.

    2. One that victimizes, plunders, or destroys, especially for one’s own gain.

I would say every last one, NoVa.
