Once again an illegal alien is charged in a heinous crime, as reported today by PotomacLocal. The disturbing frequency of violent crime committed by people our government should be getting and keeping out of our country continues unabated and still our federal government does nothing, our state government does very little, and our local government is prevented by higher, more ineffective levels of government from doing much at all. Whether it’s the attempted murder in this case (that is inexplicably being charged as “aggravated malicious wounding”) or the triple homicide by an illegal alien we saw only a couple of months ago, residents are in danger and government is not responding.
Afterward, the two men went back to the home of the alleged attacker –– who police say is an illegal immigrant –– in the 14100 block of Franklin Street in Woodbridge where the victim was stabbed multiple times in the chest, said Prince William police spokeswoman Michelle Nemerow.
The victim was then forced back into his own vehicle and was driven to the area of Springfield Drive in Mason Neck, near the entrance to Gunston Hall plantation, was robbed of his cell phone and personal belongings, and then left him for dead, police say.
The attacker drove back to Woodbridge and the victim ended up in a nearby pond.
So an illegal alien stabs a guy in the chest multiple times, dumps him in a pond and leaves him for dead, and he gets charged with “aggravated malicious wounding?” Hey, Paul Ebert: that’s called attempted murder. At least that’s what you charge American citizens with under similar circumstances.
Also this week Attorney General Ken Cuccinelli reported on illegal alien gang members that being prosecuted in connection with the 2006 rape of two young girls in the Shenandoah Valley region. Luis Hernandes-Callejas was sentenced to 13 years in prison, and Harrold Brian Guanillo-Cueva plead guilty to rape, aggravated sexual battery, and gang participation and will be sentenced on May 4th.
Dozens of members attended the gathering at a home in Woodstock, including Hernandez-Callejas and Williams. Following the meeting, two 15 year-old girls from Shenandoah County arrived at the home where they were given large quantities of alcohol, which eventually rendered them unconscious. Members then sexually assaulted the girls. During the attack, gang members chanted the name of their gang, displayed gang hand signs, and defiled one of the girls by writing gang graffiti on her back.
When we asked the Senate of Virginia for help, their response was they wouldn’t allow anything to happen until 2013, and prevented any requirement being enacted that would require that employers participate in the E-Verify program to ensure unemployed Americans get jobs and that employers don’t willingly or unwillingly employ illegal aliens instead.
Amidst the rapes, murders and aggravated assaults we also asked the federal government for help and got nothing. Arizona asked for help and got a few thousand National Guard Troops for a few months, signs placed in the desert warning travelers that it is unsafe because of illegal alien and drug smuggling, and a legion of lawyers that are doing their very best to prevent Arizona from addressing the issue legally on their own.
What do we get from the feds? A program that redistributes taxpayer dollars to illegal aliens under the tax code.
As millions of Americans brace themselves to pay taxes on April 15th, millions of illegal aliens get ready to celebrate a cash windfall of up to $5,750 from the Internal Revenue Service (IRS).
Why is this? Ed Rubenstein, president of ESR Research and a former director of research at the Hudson Institute, explains in his recently updated report entitled Defrauding the American Taxpayer - The Earned Income Tax Credit and Illegal Immigration, that illegal aliens are among the chief beneficiaries of the $62.5 billion income transfer scheme known as the Earned Income Tax Credit (EITC).
In the report Rubenstein reveals that the IRS knowingly allows illegal aliens to defraud taxpayers by getting cash EITC payments of up to $5,750 for a family of five. The IRS also refuses to implement recommendations from its own Inspector General’s office that could stop massive EITC fraud that costs taxpayers as much as $13 billion a year.
Rubenstein also shows how Congress has changed a federal kick-back program intended to supplement the earnings of low income workers, into one that subsidizes parenthood and disproportionately benefits immigrant families as opposed to those of native workers.
Is there any wonder why Americans are starting to see the federal government as a tyranny more intolerable than George III? The Senate of Virginia isn’t far behind.
Every crime committed by an illegal alien is a crime that would not have occurred if only our government, at all levels, just did their job to get and keep illegal aliens out of our country.
