10th District Dinner Reagan Tribute

By Greg L | 1 May 2011 | RPV | 10 Comments

Last night the 10th District Committee held their Reagan dinner and I had the pleasure of supporting the effort. Here’s the video I put together honoring Ronald Reagan, which folks seemed to enjoy.

Ask yourself local elected Republicans, would Ronald Reagan raise BPOL taxes on small business and property taxes on the middle class and say its no big deal?

Thanks much for that moving tribute. I showed it to my son, and he saw the immediate difference between Reagan and the current occupant of the White House. He said that he wished Obama talked like Reagan did.

“…saw the immediate difference between Reagan and the current occupant of the WH.”

He’d have to have a pretty poor eyesight if he hadn’t seen the immediate difference.

How dare you directly disparage our first affirmative action President Mr. Lietug!

Reagan is no match to Mr. Obama who proves that even those least qualified can serve high office.

Obama is no match to Reagan the cowboy who cuts trees on his ranch with a global warming creating chainsaw!

Osama bin Laden has been killed! Be vigilant for I would expect some form of retaliation for this.

We need to put more Reagan Republicans in office and get the RINOS out of office in Prince William in November.

I couldn’t agree more. The RINO’s on the PWC Board of Supervisors needing to be removed:

    Caddigan
    Covington
    Nohe

And for being in bed with developers and not making them build their own roads:

    Stewart

Reagan was a great man. He was a strong leader at a time when we needed a strong leader. But he did not force government to live within its means as he promised in his speech. Instead, he ran up the deficit just like Bush and Obama have done since.

As we move toward the 2012 elections it will be important to assess who might actually make government live within its means since this is the greatest domestic issue facing our country and has been for decades.

Was it not Reagan who rolled the social security money into the general budget and blew the surplusses by issueing IOUs for the trust fund? I mean Obama is dealing with paying back the IOUs and does not have the trust fund money to raid anymore. Any credance to this fact?
