Jo-Ann Chase Lawsuit Dismissed

By Greg L | 16 September 2011 | 87th HOD District, Jo-Ann Chase | 9 Comments

A lawsuit by Jo-Ann Chase’s campaign alleging that David Ramadan does not live in the 87th District was, as predicted, shot down in court yesterday.  Ramadan sought an expedited hearing schedule so this annoyance could be dispensed with before the November elections, confident that this instance of harassment-by-attorney would be easily brushed aside.

This has left Jo-Ann Chase with no option other than to continue her goofy war, I am told, by saying to voters that they need to back the Democrat, who is a Christian in this race instead of the Republican, who isn’t.  I’m sure State Central and the 10th District Committee is going to enjoy dealing with that development.

Perhaps they’ll get her a refill on her meds.  Seems like she could use it.

It is not true that Jo-ann has told anyone to vote for the Democrat. You continue to make up your facts and mislead your readers. I have you filed under “Entertainment”.

Has Joann actually been quoted as saying “support the democrat?” If so, that’s grounds for removal from tthe LCRC too. I hope she just resigns, good riddance.

Purge … there’s enough credible evidence to have her pulled up before the SCC right now, going all the way back to the !st Conservative Dinner Awards program I attended in the wake of her false allegations against my Chairman , Glen Caroline.
Her whole address at that function was a rambling rig-a-ma-role of miscellaneous insults hearled at Frank Wolf and Glen Caroline.
It’s called “conduct unbecoming of an officer”. and she is an officer of the 10th District State Central Committee.
It would be colorful to proceed with, but her term is almost over, and reelction won’t be happening, now.

How do we vote Jo-Ann off our island, off our committee, and out of our state?

Jo-Ann will be back. Look for sit-ins, rant-ins, bonfires, more frivolous lawsuits, and all manner of public tantrums until she implodes or is carried off to a rubber room.
