A lawsuit by Jo-Ann Chase’s campaign alleging that David Ramadan does not live in the 87th District was, as predicted, shot down in court yesterday. Ramadan sought an expedited hearing schedule so this annoyance could be dispensed with before the November elections, confident that this instance of harassment-by-attorney would be easily brushed aside.
This has left Jo-Ann Chase with no option other than to continue her goofy war, I am told, by saying to voters that they need to back the Democrat, who is a Christian in this race instead of the Republican, who isn’t. I’m sure State Central and the 10th District Committee is going to enjoy dealing with that development.
Perhaps they’ll get her a refill on her meds. Seems like she could use it.
