More Illegal Alien Crime

By Greg L | 22 September 2011 | Illegal Aliens, Crime, Prince William County | 22 Comments

Here’s one more drunken illegal alien driving without a license to add to the long list of illegal aliens our government hasn’t bothered to get and keep out of our country.  While Prince William County is rounding them up (hopefully before they kill another nun in a horrific accident) our federal government is releasing these dangerous criminal illegal aliens back into our communities and not even bothering to let local governments know they’re doing so.

I cannot wait until Barack Obama, who is granting administrative amnesty to illegal aliens like these, is removed from office.

From InsideNova.com:

Police pulled over a man who identified himself as Carlos Martinez Hernandez in the 8900 block of Centreville Road, near the Manassas Junction shopping center, at 5:45 p.m., and charged him with driving under the influence of alcohol and driving without an operator’s license, Manassas police Sgt. Eddie Rivera said.

Upon being taken to the Prince William Adult Detention Center, facility officials realized the man’s identity was Aldo Guzman Hernandez, police said.

Hernandez, 42, of the 7900 block of Community Drive, in the Irongate neighborhood, was also charged with false identification, two counts of forging public documents, two counts of uttering, Rivera said.

He was held without bond and has a court date of Nov. 29.

Rivera said that Hernandez will be turned over to U.S. Immigration and Customs Enforcement officials following completion of his criminal proceedings.

What’s it going to take for the federal government to do it’s job here?  More senseless deaths?  It’s about time the feds did a sweep in Irongate and removed illegal aliens from this community that has become a magnet for them before they commit more crimes.

And his reward for this will be to get a work permit and a slap on the wrist until next time when he might kill someone.

Interesting situation concerning the latest Income statistics/levels in our local jurisdictions.

Montgomery County fell out of the top ten. Wonder why? Virginia jurisdictions did well. In fact, I think they have the richest County in the USA.

Guess when all those illegals leave a Va. jurisdiction for a Maryland sanguinary jurisdiction, their income numbers go with them and Va.’s income levels increase while Maryland’s decrease.

More on the income statistics. It seems that PWC has surpassed MoCo and FFX in per capita income. The WaPo libtards are in quite a tizzy about this, stating the obvious fact that the resolutions sent illegals scurrying for FFX and MoCo, thusly driving down their per capita income while elevating PWC’s. The question is, why would any local jurisdiction desire to be overrun by illegals?

    Johnson:

You speak of “any local jurisdiction” as if it were a singular organism, with a mind and the abilities to reason and make decisions. It is not. It does have people within that have those faculties. There are those people within many local jurisdictions, ours included, who welcome illegal aliens for the slave labor they offer. Illegals are the dream of the unscrupulous, traitorous business owner who sees a permanent underclass willing to work at substandard wages and benefits while living and spawning replicates at the expense of taxpayers. Thankfully, we had a couple of leaders and some patriotic citizens who would not abide the situation that Fairfax and Montgomery counties encouraged.

While illegals may move from one location to another, the net result will still be lower median and lower per capita incomes at the National level.

How about we stop electing RINOS who pander to illegals and are scared of being sued and we start recruiting city and county attorneys who actually have some legal knowledge and some courage, are you listening City and County electeds who read this?

The problem, Anonymous, is money. The unscrupulous, traitorous business owners of whom I speak in the above post are loaded with money because they pay their employees so much less than honest, law-abiding, patriotic business owners. Therefore, they can contribute to the campaigns of politicians who will avoid the illegal invasion issue. Both parties have played this game for a long time. One way to counter their influence is to out-contribute them. Another way is to work like hell for leaders who believe in repelling the invaders.

    There are other ways.

If you will please note here…Fatal Car Accident Sparks Debate Over Illegal Immigration
The highlighted area in this story is …‘Educating’ Ecuadorians

“I think it’s very important just to let them understand about here, about the laws,” Almeida de Stein said. “They’re here and they have to respect the laws.”

De Stein said it would take time, but she would “educate” Ecuadorians living in Milford. That didn’t seem to satisfy DeBartolomeis. He gave the consul one month to submit a report on what she’s doing to fix the problem.

The problem, to some people, is a classic cultural clash.

Pablo Calle is the spokesman for the Ecuadorian National Secretariat of Migrants. He says these immigrants are indigenous, speak Spanish as a second language, and they face huge cultural obstacles. That’s something he says other Milford residents don’t get.

“They don’t understand the settings they’re from,” Calle said. “Often times from rural settings, where they don’t have the sophistication. They haven’t even gone to the cities in their own countries, so it’s very hard for them to understand how to behave in ways that are accepted where they live.”

Still, no one at the meeting questions how a drunk driving accident — horrific as it was — became an argument against illegal immigration.

I ask DeBartolomeis after the meeting.

“I think that population of the Ecuadorian population in Milford, from what I’ve seen, from what I’ve been told, there’s a problem with excessive drinking. There’s a problem of driving without licenses,” DeBartolomeis said.

Complaints Of Excessive Drinking, Driving Without Licenses

Milford’s chief of police, Thomas O’Laughlin, said the perception of “excessive drinking” is likely based on complaints from residents about neighbors disturbing the peace. Many times those complaints are traced to homes of Ecuadorians after they’ve thrown a party. He said it’s true that many are arrested for driving without licenses. But Ecuadorians are not arrested for drinking and driving any more than the rest of the population, according to O’Laughlin.

The night after the town hall meeting, Ecuador’s consul in Boston met with about 100 men and women from Milford’s Ecuadorian community. Speaking in Spanish, she told them to “behave,” not to drink, not to drive without a license, to stay home.

Some men here had already considered giving up the bottle, but not drive? That’s almost impossible, they say.

A 25-year-old single mother of two agreed. She doesn’t want to use her name because she’s here illegally, is afraid of losing her job and being harassed. She works at a hotel 30 minutes from Milford.

“Necessity obligates us to drive,” she said. “If we don’t drive, how do we work? How do we feed our kids?”

This part “They don’t understand the settings they’re from,” Calle said. “Often times from rural settings, where they don’t have the sophistication and then as backwards as she makes them to out to be , here they are saying they will still be driving on Americans roads without a clue of what anything means. As backwards as she makes them out to be, they all manage to travel all the way to America, buy fake or stolen documents, rent a house, apt, have power, water, etc, etc, hold down jobs and we are lead to believe there is a classic cultural clash.http://www.wbur.org/2011/09/13/milford-immigration
Obama will do nothing. Obama already has Mexican officials furious over ATF gunrunning ..Let me add further.. Dayton — A shrinking Ohio city is considering whether to actively woo immigrants to help rebuild its population. — The Dayton Daily News reports that what’s called the “Welcome Dayton Plan” would portray the city as immigrant-friendly. The plan could lead to a new “international marketplace” in Dayton and a new city identification card for residents who can’t get a driver’s license or a state ID… http://www.chron.com/news/article/Ohio-city-considers-whether-to-woo-immigrants-2183259.php… the laws do not seem to matter anymore. They just make them up or dismiss them to whatever is to their adavantage.

The answer is that at the National level, legislation should passed that would allow citizens a path to become Honorary Illegals. Then we would have the opportunity to earn the same rights and high privileges that the illegal illegals enjoy.

Texas Governor Rick Perry obviously doesn’t realize that any benefits for illegal aliens, whether it’s the $100.000 tuition fee in the University of Texas or any number public assistance programs is just a tremendous draw to foreign persons, from across borders or a visitor’s visa ticket from anywhere abroad. Anything that is free is going to entice people, especially when their own country is corrupt or have no interest in gaining support from its people. What is seriously unconstitutional is giving advantages to illegal children over the rights of citizen children, who must pay full tuition as out of state students. In yesterday’s melee, this became a highlighted issue of extraordinary importance to the audience. In a partnership with YouTube and Fox News featured the Republican Presidential Primary candidates in a debate answering questions from the online community.

Perry was confronted by boos, and hecklers who gave no-quarter to this seemingly special preference to the children of illegal aliens. Senator McCain in 2007 felt the brunt of this condemnation, for the passage of a “Path to Citizenship” and equally abhorrent his pursuance of another mass amnesty. This immediately wrecked his chance of the Presidency, as his campaign money machine ground to a halt through this irrational agenda. Make no mistake that large majorities of the Hispanic people are not going to fall in this political trap, as hundreds of thousands do not believe in pandering to the illegal immigrant onslaught. Like all Americans their jobs are in jeopardy as well, as it is for Latino’s, Blacks, Whites, Asians and others who qualify as lawful residents. The TEA PARTY doesn’t condone any type of official pardon, for those who stole into our country. Voicing her opinion, Bachmann said: “We will not have taxpayer-subsidized benefits for illegal immigrants or their children.” She pledged to build a fence along the U.S.-Mexican border, a shift that Perry opposes. In the latest report surveyed by (FAIR) Federation of American Immigration Reform, Texas is subsidizing illegal aliens with 4.7 billion annually in contributions from its taxpayers.

These payments cover education, medical care and incarceration that are just one state forced by the federal courts in unfunded mandates. Fair states, “State and local taxes paid by the unauthorized immigrant population go toward offsetting these costs, but they do not come near to matching the expenses. The total of such payments can generously be estimated at slightly less than $1 billion per year.” In addition Fair acknowledged, “The fiscal costs of illegal immigration do not end with these three major cost areas. The total costs of illegal immigration to the state’s taxpayers would be considerably higher if other cost areas such as special English instruction, welfare programs used by the U.S.-born children of illegal aliens, or welfare benefits for American workers displaced by illegal alien workers were also calculated.

All 50 states are burdened by illegal immigrant costs, but in ratio the Sanctuary State of California beats them all, with a rising entitlement program of $9 Billion. Californians should not be expected to presume this already large and growing encumber from illegal immigration simply since businesses or other special interests benefit from being able to employ lower cost workers. In all the Heritage Foundation has analyzed a cost projection of every state, with an inclusion of federal funding–but not limited to $113 Billion dollars a year. All this money taken from the American taxpayers pay check. Even more astounding is the US government allowing illegal workers, to send an average of $46 billion dollars out of the country, to foreign banks?

Rick Perry may have cooked his own goose, for as a Governor of a state he should be protecting his citizens and legal populace. Giving out taxpayer dollars to foreigner’s children is not just a Texas issue. There is no doubt in the TEA PARTY ticket, illegal immigration is going to take center stage, next to jobs and our wilting economy. Rep. Lamar smith is correct, when he impressed on the issue of his mandatory E-Verify proposal in Congress, this an imminent in vote right now, “That the only people losing their jobs–will be illegal aliens.” Of course the usual radical voices are raised, as critics opposing this Historical Immigration Bill, H.R. 2885 are searching for any loophole to drag it down. They are using what inflammatory rhetoric or lies they can muster against the passage of E-Verify “the Legal Workforce Act.” First they contest it that legal American workers could be turned away in being hired. So that person just addresses that grievance by going to their local Social security office; illegal aliens will stay well clear of this agency. None of the media will inform their readership of this?

Following through with this is an expensive proposition for small businesses, when it’s a simple computer generated program and cost nothing to operate. The usual suspects are behind this bombardment of hoping to terrorize the people with this verbal garbage. Adverse entities such as Tea Party Nation or Tea Party Express have limited influence on the millions of in the Tea Party members, who want to see our 1986 Immigration laws severely enforced. They also want the instant citizenship law amended, so billions of dollars are not going to parents of these babies snuck into the United States, so they can get free hospital care, free housing, free food stamps and cash payments for every child. The misinterpretation of the 14th Amendment, has given 300.000 children at an annual rate for illegal parents, free access to the American people’s welfare safety-net.

The people who vote in 2012 have probably the hardest selection in choosing a new president. Obama’s immigration enforcement was on the right track, until he began issuing executive orders and not complying with the “Rule of Law.” After all Liberal oriented presidents think they are not subject to the US Constitution. The job of his administration is to deport–ALL–illegal aliens, not select who can stay, because they hadn’t committed a crime. The next man/women in the White House must follow the law, which has been manipulated successfully by the public servants in the Dept of Justice. They should not be intimidated by the Church, unions, business, giant agricultural corporation, farmers or the open border groups. Instead of trying to undermine financially hurting states from converging crowds of illegal immigrants, they should be enforcing the laws in the border regions, where states like Arizona, California, Texas and New Mexico are in constant conflict with drug cartels and the tracks of foreigners moving Northwards in to America.

Who amongst presidential contenders will really fit the bill, to beat Obama later next year? Businessman Herman Cain, a true partier who has a great plans and addressing the crippling Tax code, we have now and so does Bachmann? Being that illegal immigration has become an oppressive financial problem, finding the best candidate with an antidote is not for former for Pennsylvania Sen. Rick Santorum and former New Mexico Gov. Gary Johnson, former House Speaker Newt Gingrich, Ron Paul as they have little to say about this controversial battle that is unceasing.

We can all stand with our fellow jobless countryman by Calling House and Senate Leadership NOW Call the Capitol Switchboard at 202-224-3121. In winding up, Arizona, Georgia, Alabama and other states have been persecuted by Dept of Justice Eric holder and his mob. All these states need our help from years of a neglected border and the flow of–ECONOMIC–foreign nationals. Don’t take my word for the facts, as you can find the ugly truth of the illegal settlement at NumbersUSA that has been forced upon us for over thirty years. There have been 6 additional hidden small Amnesties and the clandestine importation of millions of semi-skilled workers that have arrive here every year, in competition from US workers high paying jobs. I guess it’s fair to assume that they have been skipping over Bacon’s Rebellion in the practice of historical education for some time now.

A pathway to citizenship will not correct the cycle of generational poverty that continues to grow with the rank and file of illegal immigrants.

There is a fundamental understanding that with legal immigration screening, people enter at a regulated rate and already have skills to contribute to the American society.

We as a country are many generations from the industrial revolution which required many unskilled workers. The solutions provided for the last five decades have only undermined the American work ethic, expanded the entitlement class and crippled our educational system. The progressives refuse to accept this as it would undermine their Marxist framework.

Add some more to the list..A man died and a woman was left in critical condition after they were hit early Sunday morning on the Poplar Street Bridge by a driver who was sought by police.

The driver had just hit a St. Louis Police Department patrol car and left the scene, according to Illinois State Police.

The driver, 25-year-old Brandon Oggun Garcia, an illegal immigrant who appeared to be intoxicated, was taken to the St. Clair County Jail pending charges
The victims were walking on the bridge. The identity of the male victim was not immediately released by police because his family had not yet been notified. Police had not yet determined the identity of the female victim as of 10 a.m. Sunday.

Illinois State Police gave the following account:

About 3:30 a.m. Sunday, the driver of a 2003 Ford Mustang hit the St. Louis Police vehicle and fled the scene. The St. Louis officer following and attempted to stop the driver, but the driver fled east across the bridge.

While crossing the bridge, the Mustang hit two pedestrians who were walking on the bridge deck. One pedestrian, a black male, was knocked off the bridge. He was taken to Saint Louis University Hospital and pronounced dead.

The other victim, a white female, remained in the roadway after being hit. She was alive as of about 10 a.m. but was in critical condition at SLUH.

The driver of the Mustang stopped at Illinois 3 and Eighth Street in East St. Louis. Both the driver and passenger appeared to be intoxicated.

Neither the driver nor the passenger spoke English, so an interpreter was contacted. The driver was given a breath test at Cahokia Police Department, and he registered a 0.16 percent blood-alcohol content. In Illinois, a motorist is considered intoxicated at 0.08 percent.

The driver then was taken to Memorial Hospital in Belleville for additional tests. The driver admitted to not being in the country legally.

A Marlborough man, who was in the country illegally and had been previously deported, was arrested Saturday morning in Boxborough on his sixth drunken driving charge, police said.

Boxborough police said that Eduardo Alementa Torres, 48, originally from Mexico, was driving a vehicle with an expired inspection sticker when an officer stopped him at about 10:45 a.m.

The officer saw an open beer bottle on the passenger seat and detected a strong odor of alcohol, police said. Torres failed a field sobriety test and submitted to a breath test, which showed that his blood alcohol level was .09 percent, according to police. The legal limit in Massachusetts is .08 percent.

Police said Torres had no identification on him and gave the officer a fake name.

He was identified when police ran his fingerprints through an automated identification
and further investigation revealed that he had three prior drunken driving convictions in California and two in Massachusetts, police said.

Police also learned that Torres is a previously deported fugitive wanted by US Immigration and Customs Enforcement.

A spokesman for the ICE field office in Boston could not immediately be reached for comment today.

A Registry of Motor Vehicles spokesman said no information on Torres’s driving record in Massachusetts or how he obtained a license to drive in the state was available today.

Police said Torres was charged with operating under the influence of liquor, 6th offense; operating with a suspended registration; operating an unregistered vehicle; possessing an open container of liquor in a vehicle; operating with a suspended driver’s license; giving a false name to a police officer and operating without an inspection sticker.

He is scheduled to be arraigned Monday in Ayer District Court.

Local media conveniently swept it under the rug. The WAPO today ran a sob story about a woman who had been deported twice and was back again facing deportation. She was given a respite for 6 months and may get to stay after breaking our laws over and over again. This treasonous scumbag we have in office now has to go.

And while they are cleaning out Irongate, they can come on over to the Yorkshire area too. Heck all they have to do is sit outside the 7-11’s on Old Centreville Road in the mornings. Old Centreville Gardens, Stoneridge, and the Yorkshire area in general is being over run again. It seems as if our little section of the Western portion of the county is routinley forgoten about. So I for one am willing to cast my vote come November 2012 for the candidate who has the balls to stand up and quit giving amnesty to all illegals. All illegals are breaking the law by being here illegaly and there should be no exception to the rule.

H.R. 2885 (Legal Workforce Act), Mandatory Nationwide E-Verify PASSED through the House Judiciary Committee!!!

If you are tired of Obama and his justice henchmen running raids on state governments that have the “audacity” to try to protect the rights of their citizens against illegal aliens who promise to breed themselves into the majority, bankrupt state coffers with demands for entitlements (to which they are not entitled) and depress wages while squeezing Americans out of the work force, send an email directly to your House Representative and ask him/her to vote YES for HR 2885.
    ===========

This worked in AZ and started a major exodus from the - now that E-verify is proposed to become nationwide, we can only hope it will have the same effect but on a national level.

If you haven’t already, please contact your House Representative and ask them to vote YES for HR 2885

A suspected illegal immigrant who was arrested in Prince William County died while in the custody of Immigration and Customs Enforcement, authorities said.

Anibal Ramirez-Ramirez died Sunday at the University of Virginia Medical Center, ICE said in a statement. Staff at the Farmville Detention Center, where he was being held, found him unconscious on Saturday morning. He was hospitalized and diagnosed with liver failure, according to ICE.

ICE said Ramirez was an El Salvadoran national who was arrested by Virginia State Police on Sept. 27. Maj. Mandy Lambert of the Prince William County Adult Detention Center said Ramirez was booked into the facility that day and released to ICE on an immigration detainer a day later.
Lambert said she didn’t know Ramirez’s exact charges, but they involved violations for being a pedestrian on an interstate.

An autopsy will be performed to determine his exact cause of death, ICE said. The agency said he was transported by ambulance to Southside Community Hospital in Farmville, then airlifted to U.Va.

In a statement released through the organization Mexicans Without Borders, Ramirez’s family criticized ICE’s handling of the situation, saying the family wasn’t informed about “the arrest and his health issues while he was in jail.”

ICE says Ramirez’s family was notified after he was hospitalized Saturday and relatives remained with him at the hospital.

Ramirez was working with a construction company, Mexicans Without Borders spokesman Ricardo Juarez said.
