Jeremiah Wright Comes To Woodbridge

By Greg L | 14 November 2011 | Prince William County | 10 Comments

I knew the communists had a stronghold in Woodbridge, but I hadn’t ever thought it was like this.  The notorious anti-Semite Rev. Dr. Jeremiah A. Wright of Trinity United Church of Christ in Chicago is headlining a fundraiser at Ebeneezer Baptist Church in Woodbridge this January.

So far there’s no word on whether his remarks will include “God damn America.”

Words escape me.

UPDATE 4/10/2012: Wright graced a congregation in West Virginia recently with pearls of wisdom such as “The ignorance and arrogance of white supremacy have the movers and shapers of world policy living in a different world from people of color all together… and the sooner you realize that the better off you’re gonna be.”  I can only imagine what sort of anti-Christian racism Wright spewed in Woodbridge a few months ago as the press ignored the controversy and never reported on his appearance.

Just what PWC needs is MORE social justice. Black Liberation theology, just great. Guess I better read some books by Cone and Dwight Hopkins, cause if you havent read their books, you are not allowed to talk Black Liberation Theology with the good Reverend.

Let’s hope that Frank Principi and Luke Torian show up.

Good for “madmom.” All of you who read and/post to this site should attend if physically able. Remember the Godfather: Keep your friend close, your enemies closer. Flood the event with his opponents - and peacefully listen. Don’t give the left wing media a chance to attack you for “bad behavior,” or racism, et al.

Ebeneezer Church is in Lake Ridge, which happens to be Mike May and Anderson’s district.

“is headlining a fundraiser at Ebeneezer Baptist Church in Woodbridge in January.”

That’s the stated reason. Might there be another reason he is coming to this area?

Hopefully, Wright’s arrival will be publicized so concerned citizens can show up with such signs as “Obama’s Wright is anti-American and racist!” This sounds like a YouTube moment too.

Has anyone looked at the link for this “fundraiser”? Here is their description of Rev. Dr. Jeremiah A. Wright:

“Dr. Wright, an internationally acclaimed theologian, scholar and author”

I’m curious as to why they left off “anti-Semite” in their description. He has previously been condemned by the ADL. Is Ebeneezer Church a openly anti-Semitic organization?

I may go just to support his right to speak, regardless of how reprehensible that speech may be.
