Bob Marshall has NOT Endorsed Bill Bolling

By Greg L | 7 December 2011 | Virginia Politics | 5 Comments

I added to some confusion this week by passing along information I’d gotten that Bob Marshall had endorsed Bill Bolling, which turned out to be false.  Do not let your hearts be troubled, those of you who fight for conservative economic and social government policies.  The conservatives who aren’t afraid to fight for principle haven’t divided their forces, and they probably never will.

The conservatives shall inherit the earth.

Phew. I was going to be pretty mad at Marshall when I found confirmation of that endorsement you were making a big deal of.

I wouldn’t call an endorsement of Bill Bolling “conservatives who aren’t afraid to fight for principle … divid[ing] their forces.” Cuccinelli simply has the advantage of being positioned to fight for those principles in a more substantial way than a largely-ceremonial Lt. Gov.

It wasn’t so long ago (five years) when Bolling was the Conservative choice against Chairman Sean.

I really wouldn’t mind seeing Delegate Marshall making a run for Attorney General just to stir things up a bit.

Imagine debates between him, Delegate Bell and Senator Obenshain!

I don’t believe that Bob is a lawyer.
