And More Illegal Alien Crime…

By Greg L | 10 May 2012 | Illegal Aliens, Virginia Politics, Crime | 7 Comments

A drug smuggling ring is taken down in Alexandria, and what a shocker, illegal aliens are part of the operation.  It kinda figures that if we don’t know who is coming into the country, we also might not know they’re lugging kilos of Cocaine along with them.  It also stands to reason that people whose first act upon entering the country is to commit an illegal act aren’t going to hold drug laws in any higher regard than our immigration laws.

From Fox 5 in DC:

ALEXANDRIA, Va. - Federal authorities have arrested 28 people and charged them with participating in a cocaine-smuggling ring that brought millions of dollars in drugs from Honduras to northern Virginia over the past six years.

Court records indicated that many of those arrested were illegal immigrants living in northern Virginia.

Let’s hope the Supreme Court case regarding Arizona’s SB1070 gets decided soon so we can start implementing policies in Virginia that will help discourage the unlawful presence of illegal aliens.

Obama sees “gay marriage” as a bigger issue than either illegal immigration or our $16 **TRILLION** debt. Our nation is GREAT!!! Our government is a JOKE!!! Until we rid our media of the like of Diane Sawyer and Brian Williams we will remain in trouble.

The first comment is about Big O defending gay marriage? He wouldn’t have mentioned it at all except the present incarnation of the republican party is quite obsessed with insuring that certain American citizens remain exempt from the rights of marriage. It wasn’t Big Ears who cares about where citizens put their pee-pees. . .

You’re for freedom or against it - pick a side.

The Big O mentioned it for the same reason his VP and SoS mentioned it. Let’s change the focus of the election with as many emotionally charged issues as possible to avoid the fact that the economy is still in the tank after 3 1/2 years of Big O’s magic show.

Public morality is a bad joke in America - and the foreign press even reports on it. Of course, our own press leads the race to the bottom. We need to take seriously that any republic must have a moral society and moral leaders to survive. Democracy without morality is a very temporary event.

The Democratic Party has long since abandoned Christianity and any attempt at morality . . unless it is a religious fervor for statism . . . and anti-American Islam. Indeed, the lack of morality in the Democratic and Leftwing ranks is so overwhelming that they cannot be counted on to even uphold the Constitution’s requirements for eligible candidates for President of the United States.

“Our Constitution was made only for a moral and religious people. It is wholly inadequate to the government of any other.” John Adams

Nor was it me. If two gays want to live together then that is their own business. I have no say in the matter.

Marriage, however, is a 200,000 year old institution. I don’t think this generation has a right to change it.

Nevertheless, my real point is that illegal immigration and the debt are bigger issues than gay marriage.
