Driving liberals, dhimmis and illegal alien apologists absolutely insane since 2005...

Gainesville Supervisor Peter Candland fires back with a letter to the County Attorney challenging the legality of this week’s actions of the Prince William Board of County Supervisors that sought to exact political revenge.  Be sure to read the actual letter, which is in the WashPo article.  It is a tremendous read.

UPDATE: Here’s the letter. Readers will enjoy it. A lot.

This is awesome. I am really really liking this Candland guy. I wish he was my Supervisor (well actually I wish anybody was my Supervisor since I live in the Caddigan District, Ooops I mean Potomac District).

The BOCS better understand that the electorate has changed. They are more informed and there is anger out here especially when it is exposed that our elected officials are buffoons that are loose with our money. This latest attempted smack down directed at Candland is an example of the Boss and his henchmen trying to slap the newby into line. What they will soon learn is that when the newby is right and they are in the wrong (and let me remind them that most of them have many years of actions to defend and Candland dose not) they are ripe for the picking.

    #IStandWithCandland He is the man.

You know, our Supervisors have nothing to worry about as long as they have nothing to hide.

    Whoops!

I guess its time for them to start worrying. Because of their abusive and amateurish treatment of the only ethical man on the Board, the entire public is out there turning over rocks… and bricks… and jerseys… and looking for flyers with campaign adds… and things build for friends, family and constituents, and every dime ever spent on a campaign.

The first rule of politics, don’t pick a fight with someone who has nothing to lose if you have a lot to hide. Candland has no where to go but up staying on the high ground. The rest of the bunch as no where to go but down, and its a long way to the bottom.

These clowns think they backed a rabbit into a corner; however, they found out Candland’s a Badger. I smell blood.

Nothing gives me greater pleasure than seeing those who hold themselves in higher esteem than the rest of us underestimating a better man.

I think now would be a good time for these Supervisors to “get religion”, back off, and save whats left of a lot of legacies that are in trouble. They won’t be remembered fondly in Prince William County’s history if they keep this up.

Thank you Mr. Candland! Shame on Mr. Jenkins and the rest of the Board for their back door politicking in passing these amendments without giving the public the very minimum courtesy of putting them on the agenda for review. This whole thing just sickens me. PWC again in the media spotlight. Mr. Stewart, too bad you couldn’t admit making a mistake instead of trying to justify supporting these hastily voted on “amendments.” You lost my vote.

We should give our neighbors to the north a sweet deal and just give them Nohe, Caddigan, Hill and Covington and replace them with people who have some sense that can help Candland serve the people rather than themselves.

No thanks again, we have enough politicians like those folks already, trying to sell us all down the pike on spending hundreds of millions of tax dollars to bring us 2 miles and 2 stops worth of Mismanaged Metro to make their pals on the Chamber of Commerce happy because they will make money on the deal. Among plenty of other ridiculous conflicts.

Candland is the real deal. Wish he was here.

Nothing like scorning an intelligent person! Mr. Candland is brighter than the whole bunch of them put together. WTG!
