GILL & GALLINGER COMPLAINT

I’ve received word that an ethics complaint has been filed against Gill & Gallinger on May 31st. It alleges 12 separate counts of professional misconduct regarding the initial threat letter that was sent to BVBL. Additional complaints may also have been filed. I don’t have access to the proceedings, so I don’t know what the specific charges are, or whether these are strictly against Jad Sansour, or the Gill & Gallinger law firm. We may never learn what the outcome of this complaint will be, but I’m hoping I find out.
